DIY Bucket Details.
Our DIY buckets are filled with certified organic flowers grown and harvested on our farm in Windham, Maine. All of our buckets include a mix of vibrant focal flowers, filler flowers, and lush greenery - check out our color options here. We always fill our buckets with seasonal and stunning blooms that work well together in arrangements. Please note that due to the uncertainties of flower farming in our region, we cannot accept requests for specific flower types or varieties.

We will send you a form to fill out with your details including your preferred pick-up date, what types of buckets you’d like, and how many you need. We will be in touch within one week to confirm that we are able to fill your order. Find pricing details here.
Pick-up Details.
For DIY buckets, our clients pick up at our farm in Windham, Maine 1-2 days before the event. If your event will take place on a Saturday, we can have your buckets ready as early as Thursday at noon. We are located about 25 minutes, or 10 miles, west of Portland, so please consider this in your planning. We suggest that you set aside at least a few hours for floral design in the days leading up to your event as it takes time to cut and arrange all the stems! It always takes a little longer than people expect.
Flower Care & Prep.
We recommend keeping your flowers in a cool, dry space like a basement or air conditioned room, out of direct sunlight and the elements. Please check your buckets when you arrive at your destination after pick-up to make sure they are at least 1/2 full of cold, fresh water, just in case any splashed out in transit. When it comes time to make your arrangements, you’ll need:
A space that allows for a bit of a mess
Lots of table space
Access to water for filling your vases and flower vessels
Clean, sharp clippers or flower shears to cut through all the stems
A receptacle for cut stems (preferably compost!)
